Dining Table

The dining table shown in the listing photographs is configured for 8 guests. The table extends and includes two additional dining chairs, allowing comfortable dining for up to 10 guests.

Bedroom 4

Bedroom 4 is a mezzanine-style bedroom located above the second living room. Please note that this room does not have a door and remains open to the living space below.

Blackout Blinds

All bedrooms will be fitted with blackout blinds prior to guest stays. These are not currently shown in the listing photographs.

Grounds & Landscaping

As part of ongoing improvements, the lawn has recently been tilled and reseeded. For bookings at the beginning of July, the grass may not yet appear as established or as thick as shown in some listing photographs.
